This is the first time I have been disappointed by Ciao Express. I received the request to give a rating before I actually received the pizza - and when I eventually received the pizza after calling to find out what had happened to it (>2hrs after ordering), it was lukewarm and didn't have the additional toppings requested and paid for.
Beste Jacqueline, Vervelend om te horen dat het zo gelopen is. Zoals u al aangeeft is dit een uitzonderlijke geval, des al niet te min erg vervelend. Wij zullen het bedrag van de order terug storten.
